This website serves as a virtual Aging and Disability Resource Center that, combined with traditional face-to-face services, provides greater options for accessing information, assistance, and referral for families living either near and far.
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The public is invited to provide input/comments to the DRAFT Maui County 2015-2019 Area Plan on Aging which serves as the blueprint for aging programs and services. The Area Plan is available for review at the Maui County Office on Aging and is also available by clicking here.
The four-year Area Plan provides an overview of the demographics of Maui County’s older adults age 60 years and older, the results of community needs assessments, and proposed funding and services through the local Area Agency on Aging.
Anyone interested in providing comments or testimony in person is encouraged to attend a public hearing scheduled for:
MAUI Friday, September 18, 2015 at 3:00 p.m.
